This is a prayer that I put to song, and recorded as part of the Mystic Hymnal group-singing project with Michael Gungor at the Garden of the Gods in Colorado, Springs, CO.
This song has evolved over this year, and I can’t wait to share with the listener this meditation via melody to enter into stillness/silence, especially through the act of being still and focusing on breath.
