This song, written by Jessie Young (Phoenix, AZ) is a meditation to slow down and remember that we are ever-evolving beings.
It’s important to take a moment to realize we have a long, delicate journey of growth ahead of us - and to be present with each version of ourselves along our path.
Jessie recorded herself singing and playing the piano, and shared this with Dave, who then added harmonies to her melody/song.
